The 2023 season was cooler with lower yields, resulting in elegant fruit expression and lively natural acidity.
Tasting Note:
Bright ruby-red hue. The bouquet shows lifted notes of blueberry, black cherry, and violets, accented with touches of pepper and clove. Aged for 16 months in French oak, the wine displays subtle cigar box, roasted hazelnut, and delicate toast characters. On the palate, it is vibrant and refined, with fresh acidity and silky tannins. More graceful than the 2022 vintage, finishing with cassis and cocoa notes. A versatile food partner, pairing beautifully with duck breast, mushroom risotto, or semi-hard cheeses.
